Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. You agree to give accurate birth details, and for a synastry reading, to have the other person’s permission to share theirs.

What a reading is

Readings are reflective guidance for self-insight. They are not therapy, and not medical, financial, or legal advice. We speak in tendencies, never certainties, and nothing we provide guarantees any outcome. See our Disclaimer.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time. You can cancel for a full refund before your cards are pulled; after that, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy.

Your reading and our content

Your finished reading is yours to keep for personal use. The Chart & Deck name, site, designs, and written materials are ours and may not be copied or resold.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Chart & Deck is not liable for decisions you make based on a reading, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
