Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we pull your cards. We email you the moment your cards are drawn (“Your reading is underway”), and from that point the reading is being made for you by hand, so all sales are final. We keep this fair in two ways: the Essence is free, so you can meet the work before you pay, and we shape your question with you first so you know exactly what the reading will explore.

Subscriptions

Monthly forecasts renew automatically. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund the period you are already in.

If something goes wrong

If we fail to deliver your reading, or you were charged in error, email us at hello (at) chartanddeck (dot) com and we will make it right. Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
