The two of us
Who is behind Chart & Deck

Chart & Deck is two people, Vadim and Natalie.
We moved continents for a better life, and spent years chasing it the way you are taught to, through money and status, certain that was the answer.
We built a health-food business together, then gave it up to raise our family. Somewhere in all of it, we each lost track of who we were.
Vadim had climbed a long way in the corporate world and still felt hollow. He found his way back by questioning nearly everything he believed.
Natalie went from marketing to holistic nutrition to staying home with our son, and turned that “who am I now” ache into work that weaves nutrition, spirituality, and hypnosis to reach the long roots of what troubles people.
We fought, and we found our way back to each other.
These are the tools we leaned on when the old map stopped working. We built Chart & Deck to hand them to you plainly, without the theatre.

What we read
The shelf behind the work, the lineage we think in. Read alongside us.
- Carl Jung, on the parts of ourselves we disown and the long work of becoming whole.
- Amir Levine and Rachel Heller, Attached, how we bond, cling, and pull away in love.
- Michael Singer, The Untethered Soul, the self that watches the noise and is not the noise.
- Karla McLaren, The Language of Emotions, feelings as information, not problems to fix.
- Liz Greene, on reading a chart as psychology: a tendency to work with, never a fate.
- Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist, the journey that is written but which some choose not to walk.
- Dolores Cannon and Michael Newton, on soul contracts and how we evolve across the lives we live. Natalie’s own practice works with hypnosis.
- Erich Fromm, The Art of Loving, loving others starts with loving yourself, the one truth the movies never told us.
…and so many more.
